Rugged Xtremes Crew Monthly Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion period

1. The promoter is Rugged Xtremes, ABN 36 718 038 494, of 11 Elmsfield Road, Midvale WA 6056 (Promoter).
2. The Rugged Xtremes Crew Monthly Giveaway (Promotion) starts on 1 October 2026 and runs until the Promoter ends it under clause 5.6.
3. The Promotion runs in monthly periods. Each Entry Period starts at 12:00am AWST on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59pm AWST on the last day of that month.
4. Each Entry Period has its own draw. Everyone in the Crew is entered into every monthly draw for as long as they stay subscribed (see clause 2.4). Winning one month does not stop a person winning in a later month.
5. By entering, entrants accept these terms. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms.

2. Who can enter and how

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone connected with running the Promotion cannot enter.
2. To enter, sign up to the Rugged Xtremes email list (the Crew) during an Entry Period using the signup form on ruggedxtremes.com, or any other signup form the Promoter publishes, and give a valid email address.
3. No purchase is necessary. Buying a product does not increase an entrant's chance of winning.
4. Anyone subscribed to the Crew at 11:59pm AWST on the last day of an Entry Period is automatically entered into that month's draw, no matter when they signed up, including before the Promotion started. Anyone who unsubscribes before then is not entered.
5. Each person can hold one entry per draw. Signing up more than once, or with more than one email address, does not give extra entries. The Promoter may remove duplicate entries.
6. Entries that are incomplete, false, made using automated means, or that breach these terms are invalid. The Promoter may verify an entrant's identity, age and residency, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process.

3. Prize

1. There is one prize per Entry Period. The Promoter will announce each month's prize on ruggedxtremes.com and its social media channels before or at the start of that Entry Period.
2. The prize and its value change each month. Each month's prize and its value (AUD, incl. GST, at recommended retail price) will be stated in that month's announcement, which forms part of these terms. No monthly prize will be valued at more than 3,000 AUD (incl. GST).
3. Prizes include free delivery to an address in Australia.
4. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be taken as cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any state or territory rules.
5. Product colour, size or personalisation options in a prize are as described in the announcement. Where a choice is offered, the winner picks from what is in stock.

4. Draw and winner

1. The draw for each Entry Period takes place at 10:00am AWST on the first business day of the following month at 11 Elmsfield Road, Midvale WA 6056.
2. One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries using a computerised random selection process. The Promoter will keep a record of each draw.
3. The winner will be notified by email from marketing@ruggedxtremes.com within 2 business days of the draw. The Promoter will never ask a winner for payment, card or bank details to claim a prize, and will not contact winners through social media messages. The winner's name will not be published.
4. The winner must reply within 14 days of the notification email to claim the prize and give a delivery address. The prize will be sent within 30 days of a valid claim.
5. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, or the winner is ineligible, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AWST, 21 days after the original draw, at the same place and by the same method. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days.
6. The Promoter's decision on the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law.

5. General

1. Entrants' personal information is collected to run the Promotion and, because they joined the Crew, to send marketing emails. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Information is handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy at ruggedxtremes.com.
2. The Promoter will contact the winner by email only and will not publish the winner's name or details without their consent.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the Promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees under that law.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries or emails that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical problems, spam filters, or incorrect details given by entrants.
5. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
6. The Promoter may end, suspend or change the Promotion if it is affected by fraud, technical failure or anything else outside its reasonable control, or by giving notice on its website before the next Entry Period starts, subject to any state or territory directions. Draws for Entry Periods that have already closed will still take place.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
