Well, the shoulder strap certainly lives up to its name Rugged Extremes. The description said it's has been designed to handle heavy loads and it keep your shoulder at the same time and it really lives up yo that. The shoulder section is wide like a weight lifting belt and thickly padded with a breathable mesh for airflow and a bit extra grip to stay on your shoulder. The attachment buckles are just over kill they just that robust so I can't see how they'll fail. Pics attached show it on a large waxed canvas duffel.
Purchased this for my son. He loves it and says that the strap is better than the original on his other brand too bag. Excellent customer service when I called and dispatched the same day. Highly recommended.
