RXUVC^(TM): Rugged Xtremes Ultraviolet Cured colour decals

RXUVC^(TM) stickers utilize a UV cured ink printing method, delivering photo-quality colour prints that are vibrant and exceptionally durable. The UV curing process provides excellent resistance to UV degradation and fading.

Rugged Xtremes has developed specialized flexible inks, adhesives, and materials that enable these high-quality full-colour decals to be applied to our stainless-steel bottles, reusable crib containers and lids, and our newly developed IDtex^(TM) material panel which is specifically engineered for strong adhesion to our bags using these decals.

Once applied, RXUVC ^(TM) stickers can withstand general contact, rubbing, and routine cleaning in domestic dishwashers (Bottles and Crib containers) without damage. However, they can be damaged with effort using sharp objects such as fingernails, knives, or similar tools.

IDtex^(TM) is engineered to provide an exceptionally strong bond with the RXUVC^(TM)  decals, whilst remaining a strong structural material for our bags. It can also be screen-printed, but currently it does not support heat press or embroidery.

We are currently developing it to allow these methods of labelling.
